Jest da ostane protein, ali se ne probavlja toliko dobro.<br>I u malo toplom mlijeku onaj dodatak koji ima proteina preko trebao bi napraviti grudice.<br>Ovaj novi whey koji sam kupio stavio sam u lagano zagrijano mlijeko i stvore se odmah grudice. I zato mi bilo drago. <br>]]>

Ako hard trenira, neka se ne brinu roditelji, ja sam imao isto 6 puta tjedno trening+borbe, sto me nije sprecavalo u nicemu. Vazno je jesti, dati vit-min formulu i to je to. <br>]]>
