Naglasio sam kad smatram da se treba pribjeci izolacijskim vježbama RUKU kod ženske populacije ( naglasio sam ruku jer vidim da ce ispasti da sam protiv izolacijskih vježbi opcenito)<br /><br />A osnovne vježbe nisu samo sklekovi davore plus vecina cura koja se ikad išta radile što se tice sporta može barem 5 -6 ženskih sklekova, dalje je sve progresija  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />A što se dipsa i zgibova tice dosta teretana ima sprave koje imaju platformu za pomoc u izvođenju vježbe  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />Razliciti potisci, veslanja assisted dipsi  i slicno ce odlicno <br /><br />A da odgovorim davoru zašto postoje izolacijske vježbe za ruke: postoje zbog muških i cura koje žele imati vece bicepse, a iskreno 90% cura ne želi vece bicepse, jedan dio onih koje žele ni ne rade osnovne vježbe a ostatak su body-builderice kojih iskreno, nema puno  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"></td></tr></table> Pa nisam nisam ni rekao za sklekove da su samo oni osnovne vjezbe, vidis da sam  i post pisao o osnovnim vjezbama, ali hocu reci da rijetko koja cura u teretani di ja idem, izvodi te vjezbe..
