Evo, baš sad ujutro mi je trebalo š5minuta da pojedem pola zdjelice kukuruznih pahuljica sa mlijekom  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley7.gif" border="0"> . Dakle, moj problem je što sam išla na manju operaciju oba dva umnjaka, pa me izrazito jako bole (ni sama ne znam do kad ce trajati ta bol), pa ne znam što bi bilo pametno da jedem, jer ne mogu cijeli dan biti na tekucini (mogu, ali iz principa necu  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"> ). <br /><br />Dakle, koju bi tekucu hranu bilo najpametnije za jesti. Jedino što mi pada na pamet je griz (od zdrave hrane), ali je on ipak pregust i imala bi problema sa gutanjem. Eventualno rijetki cokolino i jogurti i pudinzi. Naravno, to mi nikako nije dovoljno za cijeli dan, a posebno ne za dan kada treniram.<br /><br />Pa... Molila bi vas za savjete! <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> ]]>
