Samo treba paziti sta jedes i trositi ono sta pojedes...</P><P>Evo par preporuka za ruckove: </P><P>Piletina na rostilju, maslinovo ulje, rizoto sa tikvicama</P><P>Kuhana govedina, kuhani krumpir i zelena salata zacinjena maslinovim uljem</P><P>špinat sa krumpirom, teleci snicl spravljen na pari...ili ispecen na&nbsp;maslinovom ulju....</P><P>sampinjoni na zaru, zelena salata i krumpir.....</P><P>Eto...otprilike..i trcite, krecite se, vjezbajte.....</P><P>&nbsp;</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=26">Mr G.</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 19<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2006 at 12:09<br /><br />Sto se tice prehrane, moras uvest sto vise obroka u danu.<br><br>Salo se ne skida dijetama vec trosenjem kalorija, odnosno vjezbanjem.<br><br>Zato, ako mislis da ce ti samo dijeta pomoc da skines kile, tu se varas, moras negdje<br>potrositi te unesene kalorije ; bila to teretana, nogomet, kosarka ili bilo koji drugi sport.<br><br>A sto se tice prehrane, dorucak neka budu zitarice sa mlijekom, a sto se tice ostalih obroka; drzi se piletine, puretine, ribe, teletine, posnih sireva, puno voca i povrca, dodatnih vitamina i to ti je to <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><br>Grickalice, slatkise, gazirana pica drzi na minimumu ili ih zamjeni sa zdravijim alternativama.<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=37">neko</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 19<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2006 at 09:56<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;eno na offtopicu sam opis'o svoj problem... dakle mama je jos glavna u kuhinji, i uglavnom mi je za rucak neko meso, i nesto kuhano, nekad spanak&nbsp;i sl. uglavnom koliko-toliko zdrava hrana... pokusav'o sam vec sa nekim djetama, ali nije uspjevalo, pa eto sad neku prilicnu ako neko moze dat :D. inace doruckujem oko 9 i najedem se da nemogu vise nista, onda kad me to prode uzmem nesto grickam.oko š:30 idem u skolu tako na odmoru pojedem nesto, i kuci se vratim oko 7:30 nekad i kasnije i veceram,&nbsp;i poslije stalno nesto u usta ubacujem.... voca malo jedem koliko bi trebao, slatkisa malo vise ja mislim nego sto bi trebao....</P><P>eto ako neko moze pomoc' bio bih zahvalan <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"></P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=31">na dijeti</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 19<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2006 at 14:32<br /><br /><p>&nbsp;Evo prikljucujem se Zoranu....skoro po kilama identicni,samo ja zensko,30 godina,visina š,70<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0">.</p><p>Kod mene su kile dosle sto zbog klopice ali uglavnom zbog poremecaja hormona i stitnjace.Sada sam pri kraju sa terapijom,tj.ostat cu na maloj&nbsp; dozi tabletica i moram pod hitno smrsaviti<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0">.</p><p>Ovaj tjedan krecem na fitness,za pocetak 3x tjedno.Iz prehrane sam izbacila bijeli kruh,rizu i tjesteninu,svinjetinu ne jedem uopce a junetina šx tjedno i to ne uvijek.Uglavnom sam na piletini,ribi.Volim jako tunu u salamuri,light sir,jogrte,povrce.integralnu tjesteninu i rizu mislim jesti 2-3 x tjedno (jel to ok?)Nadam se da je to za pocetak dovoljno,sto vi mislite??Meni je zelja mrsaviti 4-5 kg mjesecno,znaci nista neizvedivo.....</p><p>&nbsp;</p>&nbsp;<br><br><font size="š">EDIT:ispravljena slova s kvacicama</font><br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Zoki</span>]]>
