Ak ti je bad ic na fitnes i to, pocni doma. Inace, visok sam oko 85 i sadasnja tezina mi je oko 05 kg. Svjestan sam da jos moram skinuti barem 5 kg i to planiram ostvariti. Promijenio sam nacin prehrane, no nazalost bas ne vjezbam. Moj problem je salo oko trbuha. Od kad sam smrsavio imam dosta sala oko trbuha i ne znam kako da se toga rjesim. Dal imate neke preporuke? Inace, debelo ne izgledam, no kad se skinem, vidi se<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0">&nbsp; Kaj da radim?? Mislite da se ta koza i sve to nikad nece stisnuti? Malo sam zbediran oko sveg toga!! HELP!!!<br>]]>
