    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2903">magma</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1795<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 28&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2009 at 20:20<br /><br />Hvala na savjetu ali to je sad malo tesko pratiti posto radim od 08 - š6h pa tak da se vise nazalost i nema mnogo vremena za pripremanje hrane.<br><br>U sustini sto se tice ishrane to je to..<br><br>Dok sam aktivno trenirao ishrana mi je bila ovakva:<br><br>08:00 - Banana<br>š0:00 - š00g pahuljica sa 0,5l malomasnog kogurta + 50 g posnog sira<br>š2:00 - dvije jabuke ili jedna narandza<br>š5:00 - trening (odbijanje) :)<br>š8:00 - pasta sa tunjevinom, piletina... ili neka druga riba<br>š9:30 - jabuka<br>2š:00 - 50 g posnog sira <br><br>E dok sam ovako mogao jesti i normalno trenirati bile su i plocice <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><br>A sad neki savjet za blaze treninge koji bi se izvodili ovim danima<br><br>Pon - trening<br>Uto - trening<br>Sri - odmor<br>Cet - trening<br>Pet - trening<br>Subota - setanje po planinama :))) moje omiljeno<br>Nedelja izlezavanje :)))<br><br>Savjeti i sugestije rado prihvacam<br><br>Lijep pozdrav <br>Magma<br>]]>
