No dobro, to vjerojatno potjece od one prastare podjele prsa-biceps, leđa-trcieps i onda dakako noge-ramena. Ak je vec takva podjela onda bih radije razdvojio noge i ramena. Jer ako pošteno odradiš noge cisto sumnjam da ceš imati volje za išta drugo + što si vec premoren ko konj i koncentracija = 0.<br>]]>
