    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1754">davor23</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1762<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 14&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2009 at 22:18<br /><br />Ujutro oko š0 h radim trening sa utezima.. 3 x tjedno, a 5-6 puta tjedno popodne u 5 odradjujem 90 min boksacki treninga.. primam savjete za prehranu kako bih odrzao tezinu, tj. skinuo 2,3 kg masnih naslaga kako bih pao na 9škg za tesku kategoriju..<br /><br />Od dodataka koristim l-carnitin, proteine, glutamin, fat burner, vitamine i minerale..<br /><br />Svi savjeti dobrodosli :D]]>
