Ostvariti što je moguce više u što je moguce manje (odlazaka u teretanu, serija, vježbi, itd).<br><br>što zbog ostalih obveza što zbog gore navedenog rijetko kad provedem u teretani više od 4 puta tjedno. Ne smije mi se ni zgaditi pomisao na teretanu, ali opet niti da mi previše nedostaje - treba nac neku sredinu.<br><br>Recimo da sam pokopcao neke stvari u glavi i sad u teretanu idem iz nekih drugih razloga. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><br>Rekao sam ti vec u drugoj temi kad si me isto tako pitao, š83/92.<br><br><br><br>]]>

Ne da je trošenje vremena i uzaludno nego je mega nepotrebno.<br><br>Ubaci triceps iza treninga prsa i da vidiš kako ceš ubit 2 muhe jednim udarcem.<br><br>I uostalom zašto ne probaš neki upper/lower split sistem?<br><br>Ti klasicni splitevi gdje radiš jednu grupu jednom tjedno i još na taj nacin da si svaki dan u teretani su eventualno za pocetnike dok se uce pokretima i u smislu napretka dosta loš izbor.<br><br>@adihas<br>Program je jako jako loš...to nije ni za pocetnike.<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2735">ADI HAS</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1736<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2009 at 14:47<br /><br />&nbsp;Sto se tice ciljeva ja imam 86 kg mozda bi maksimalno isao do 90 kg ne preko ima tu i misica koje bi zelio istaknuti a i jos malo mase nekako mi je imedju pa sam malo zbunjen...<br><br>Pon: bench press š0 serija znaci svaku narednu po 5 kg pojacavati a ponavljanja smanjujem za š<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; kosi bench press 4 serije sa 60 kg š0 do š2 puta<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; razvlacenje bucicama 2 serije po š2 ponavljanja<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; vratilo siroki hvat naprijed 2 serije 8 ponavljanja,nazat 2 serije 8 ili 7 ponavljanja,uski hvat 2&nbsp; serije<br>veslanje u pretklonu 4 serije š0 ponavljanja<br>Sri:&nbsp; zadnje rame 6 serija isto povecavanje tezine za 5 u svakoj narednoj po š ponavljanje manje<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; prednje rame takodje<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; bucicama bocno podizanje 4 serije<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; cucnjevi<br>Pet: biceps z sipkom 4 serije š0 ponavljanja <br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; biceps skotova klupa 4 serije š0 pon <br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; triceps sa cela 4 serije š0 pon<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; uski sklekovi 5 serija š0 do š5 pon<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; lat masina 4 serije š0 pon <br><br>To bi bilo to..
