Propadneš skroz do kraja dok se maksimalno ne istegneš i vratiš se do pola pokreta. Brada na prsima, pogled dolje. Laktovi što više prema van.<br><br>Zgibovi iako su prvenstveno za razvoj latova i teresa mogu nešto malo utjecat na prsa najviše na serratuse i to ako se koncentriraš na gornji, završni dio pokreta, dakle ne odlaziš do kraja dolje, nego se zadržavaš u gornjem dijelu vratila. Redovito radim sklekove, zgibove i propadanja, ali donji dio grudi mi je nesrazmjerno veci od gornjeg, a to mi smeta. Npr. kako da postavim ruke pri izvodjenju sklekova za gornje grudi, ili kako da radim propadanje i zgibove ciljano za razvitak gornjeg poprsja.</P><P>Hvala vam puno, unaprijed.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P>]]>
