    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=134">Ive_ri</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 169<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2007 at 18:30<br /><br />ovako za ledja su po meni najbolji siroki zgibovi to ti je bez utega a vidjet ces da nije&nbsp; nimalo lako, super su za prosirit i ojacat ledja!&nbsp; Takodjer imas jednorucno povlacenje u pretklonu (jednorucno veslanje u pretklonu ) koje je takodjer vrlo dobro, zatim lat masina povlacenje sprijeda i odostraga i jos puno tih vjezbi trenutno su mi samo ove pale na pamet ali ove su i najjednostavnije! <br>ta se tice podlaktice ja sam radio sa sipkom kontrakcije sa podlakticom neznam kako bi ti to objasnio uglavnom uzmes sipku naslonis je na neku glupicu&nbsp; stavis ruke na klupicu i dizes sipku sa podlakticom! Takodjer sam radio rotaciju podlaktice spagom za koji je privezan uteg!<br>ta se tice gripa za ruke nemam iskustva s tim tako da ti ne mogu odgovorit, je to ono za stiskanje ili?<br>]]>

Isto kao i u svakom drugom sportu treba puno rada , volje i strpljenja i rezultati ce polako dolaziti, ali ako mislis da ces sad ti za par tjedana napravit cuda varas se! To ti je u jednom pogledu isto kao i svaki drugi sportovi koji se treniraju godinama al za godinu dana ces vec vidjet velike velike pomake i to ti onda daje volju da nastavis.... i tako to ide dalje....&nbsp; <br><br>A sta se tice sklekova i trbusnjaka samo ti njih radi oni ce ti svakako dati na snazi i izdrzljivosti, to su najbolje vjezbe bez utega , ujedno i najstarije vjezbe a nisu se uzalud radile i prije toliko godina!<br><br>Samo naprijed i uzivaj u treningu!<br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Ive_ri</span>]]>

Svaki sport je stetan ako se pretjeruje, ako se normalno radi niti jedan nije stetan! Naravno da je stetno profesionalno se baviti sportom jer kad zavrsis karijeru tijelo ti je koda imas 60 god! <br>Ali rekreativno bavljenje sportom moze ti samo pomoci za zdravlje i naravno izgled i tvoje zadovoljstvo, teretana ti je isto sport koji je zdrav samo nemoj pretjerivat!<br>Puno srece! <br>]]>
