Ako ti je cilj izgubit kile, jednostavno smanji kalorijski unos. Znaci, prvo izracunaj koliko sad pojedeš i onda spusti to za nekih&nbsp;500-š000 kcal npr. ako ti je cilj 5 kg&nbsp;mjesecno&nbsp;(š000x7=7000 kcal tjedno = š kg manje tjedno).&nbsp;Iako je preporucljivo ic na nekih pola kile na tjedan...&nbsp;Tako ceš pri istoj aktivnosti bit u deficitu, a to ti je cilj jelda? Jer masu zadržavam mjesecima a htio bi mjesecno smanjiti kilažu za cca 5 kg mjesecno ako bi se dalo u koliko bi malo podesio prehranu. <br><br>A unos neznam kolki mi je jer nisam nikad imo racunsku prehranu, unosio sam onoliko kolko sam milsio da mi je potrebno. <br><br>Problem je izracuna potrosnje kalorija dnevno, jer ako znam potrosnju dnevnu onda znam i kolko trebam unositi pa si lako napravim dnevni jelovnik unosa kalorija.<br><br>E sad po kalorimetrima ispada mi da trosim dnevno oko 6000 kalorija sto svi kažu ovdje koji su se oglasili da je nemoguce....<br><br>pa sam probo to rijesiti na neki logicniji nacin...a napisan je u predhodnom postu, pa cu ga samo citirati sada. :D<br><br>"a š0km trcim oko 50-60min ovisno o danu. Sto iznosi da bi to bilo oko 800 kalorija. <br>Posljepodnevnitrening traje š.5h i vrlo je aktivan i vjerujem da se i tamo dosegneoko 800 - š000 kalorija. Naravno govorim za osobu moje mase i visine.<br><br>To je ukupno š800 kalorija na ta dva treninga. <br><br>PRosjecni covjek toris oko oko 2500 kalorija sto bi ispalo da sa ovim mojim bi bilo oko <span style="font-weight: bold;">4200 kalorija. </span><br><br>E sad mi recite dal je ovo sve sto tu pricam tocno ???<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"><br></td></tr></table> <br>Neka je i ova brojka, cca otprilike koliko sam i napisao ti ipak onda uneseš š800kal više nego što trebaš ako si rekao da unosiš 6k kal.<br><br>Da ne bude zabune, evo ti <a href="http://www.megaupload.com/?d=M59UUGQ6" target="_blank">link</a> pa si racunaj potrošnju kalorija. MET množiš sa svojom kilažom i dobiješ izracun potrošnje.<br>]]>
