A i možda bi bilo bolje sa wheyem ubaciti bananu umjesto šumskog voca. Ili bilo koji brzi uh, tipa bijelog kruha, cornflakesa, ako ne želiš dekstrozu....opet sve ovisi o tipu treninga, intenzitetu i tako to.. ali normalno je da nakon wheya jedeš, pa i ja uvijek nakon cca 1,5 h nakon wheya pojedem neki kruti obrok...di se ubijem u UH-ima&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" /> Al dobro, ja sam sad otišla u malo druge prioritete na kratko&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" />]]>
