Procunjaj po forumu, pisalo se vec o proizvođacima da ne reklamiram (opet).<br><br>Aminokiseline, to je vec za sci fic bildere il one koje svrbe pare i obicno su to BCAA il glutamin itd.<br><br>Kreatin, gledaš da je mikroniziran, tj. ima onu markicu na sebi koja to potvrđuje i to je to. Obicni monohidrat je ok.<br><br><br>Ali generalna preporuka - što manje suplemenata, što više prave hrane <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>]]>

Probaj svakako. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><br>A za definiciju preporucam bakinu strudlu ali mora biti od sira, domaceg sira - trbusni dolaze samo tako a i biceps skace cim ga pogledas. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><br>A sto se dodataka tice...probaj sve redom...odi u jedan ducan i kupi sve sto imaju na polici pa ces vidjeti kako ces se osjecati sutra...kad vec nista ne znas o tome...<br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Mr G.</span>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2560">gorangs</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1642<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 31&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2009 at 00:31<br /><br />&nbsp;Pozz, evo ovako, vidio sam da ima pun k... razlicitih proizvođaca, zanima me imate kakav prijedlog, ili iz iskustva (još bolje) da mi preporucite neke aminokiseline, kreatin i whey, nešto od toga planiram uzeti, nemam baš iskustva s dodatcima prehrani, nisam ništa uzimao dosad, al nešto cu uzeti, kreatin i whey š00% a aminokiseline možda... Koji je proizvođac najbolji i tako...<br>]]>
