Danas ih stvarno rijetko radim i to one posebne - u stajacem položaju s uvlacenjem trbuha. </span><img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>]]>

Samo je bitno pripaziti što jedete. Znaci veca potrošnja kalorija od unosa bi trebala donjeti pozitivan rezultat.<br><br>A sto se tice genetike, muski su više jabukolikog oblika sto znaci da se nakupine potkožnog masnog tkiva najcešce nakupljaju na dijelovima trbuha. Dok su žene najcešce kruškolikog oblika i njima se PMT nakuplja na kukovima i bedrima. A kako kaže <span ="bold">Gym_girl </span>nije moguce pogoditi odredeni dio potrošnje masti vec se mast topi po citavom tijelu. <br><br><br> ]]>

Sigurno da ti vožnjom nece otici samo sa trbuha, a ostale ostati na mjestu, bilo bi to previše jednostavno --&nbsp;nema lokaliziranog skidanja masti. Kad se skidaju, skidaju se sa cijelog tijela, a geni onda tu određuju što ce prije, kasnije, brže i sporije. Ja ga vozim 3 puta tjedno po sat vremena, onaj sobni, a s obzirom da mi se brže tope sa gornjeg dijela tijela nego donjeg, trbuh mi se tako brzo i &nbsp;prilicno istopio....</P><P>I još nešto...što se trbuha tice, od&nbsp;samih&nbsp;vježbi&nbsp;još ti je&nbsp;i važnija prehrana. Dakle, prehrana - kardio treninzi - trbušnjaci na kraju. Zato ako ne središ prehranu...hmmm teško. Potraži malo tu jelovnike ako još nisi, složi si nešto i kreni <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"></P>]]>
