Svi mi cesto u panici&nbsp;posvuda&nbsp;tražimo caroban štapic, a zaboravljamo ga potražiti&nbsp;na pravom mjestu - &nbsp;u sebi, nema ga drugdje.</P><P>A ja živim na š2. katu&nbsp;i imam lift pa se pentram svaki dan gore dole, možeš mislit kako me susjedi gledaju, svaki put misle da se lift pokvario&nbsp;<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0">.</P><P>Probaj, još ako piješ kavu dođe ti kao zdrava zamjena jer i u njemu ima kofeina. Meni super stvar, imaš ga u vrecicama, kapsulama i u listicima. Ovaj zadnji je vjerujem najbolji što se kvalitete i ucinka tice makar je malo gorak...</P><P>Super, znaci sokovi su aut, voda je in, to je rješeno <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif" border="0"></P><P>Ne znam, ja sam se preporodila otkad sam uvela svo živo povrce..nema koje ne jedem. Nikad se nisam bolje osjecala, i što je najbolje, guštam u njemu.</P><P>Ma svaka aktivnost je odlicna, od trcanja do hodanja samo da se covjek krece, jer kad se zalegnemo i zasjednemo&nbsp;pocnu nevolje...i sigurno ceš se bolje osjecat! A da, informacija š0000...ali uvijek ti se sve svodi na isto; smanjit ugljikohidrate, povecat proteine, izbacit prerađenu hranu, puno piti i još se više kretati...tu nema greške. A sve ostale sitnice prilagođavamo individualno sebi..ne odgovara svima sve,&nbsp;inace bi nam&nbsp;bilo dosadno&nbsp;<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"></P><P>&nbsp;</P>]]>

Ja bi ti preporucila da njihov unos ograniciš na ujutro kad tijelu treba najviše energije koju ce potrošiti kroz dan, a kasnije da se okreneš povrcu (nemoj se bojat, njega možeš u neogranicenim kolicinama - znaci, kupus, brokule, špinat, cvjetace, krastavce, salate, blitvu itd. - nadam se da voliš nešto od toga <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0">). Voce je super ali ni toga ne valja previše. Je zdravo ali i puno šecera. Ja osobno preferiram jabuke i to kao jutarnji međuobrok. Ali opet, svako tijelo drukcije reagira...svatko bi trebao sam nac neku kombinaciju koja mu najbolje odgovara, i što se sitosti tice, a i postignutih rezultata.</p><br /><p>Zdrave masnoce nikako ne izbacuj (maslinovo, laneno ulje, orašaste plodove), a isto tako ni meso i mlijecne niskomasne proizvode...što se slatkiša i ostalog junka tice, stvar je jasna <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> .</p></td></tr></table> <br /><br />ajme puno ti hvala, srce si <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0">  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0">  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> <br />a i garant si dobra i super osoba kad imas ovako zivaca sve napisat lipo i ohrabrit&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> hvala!<br /><br />naravno da stanje nije alarmantno, daleko od toga, nikad se na meni ne bi reklo, ali mozda bi situacija bila gora da mi stan nije na 6.katu i da nema lifta pa masu puta moran gori -doli i propjesacim prilicno, tako da nisam bas statican ipak..<br /><br />ovo o zelenom caju sam cuo od dosta ljudi a iskreno ja ga nisam prakticira jer nisam o tome ima pojma ali sad znam! znaci zeleni caj!<br />voda= kako ne, veliki sam prijatelj s vodom i pijem cak i kad ne treba i kad nisam zedan.. Sokove ,pogotovo one sirupe za mutit sam izbacio.<br /><br />volim povrce neam tu beda! pogotovo sirove u salati paprike skupa s rajcicama.!<br /><br />u zadnje jedem dosta one zelene lece, ili neke mahune ne znam im ni ime, a dobro me najedu, a cini mi se da su zdrave..!<br /><br />zelio bih trcat iz glavnog razloga STO BI SE HTIO BOLJE OSJECAT! i usput naravno skinti i koju naslagu pa kud puklo da puklo. samo malo coviku bude pun film od raznih citanja pa ne zna vise di se nalazi, jedi ovo jedi ono, pa se malo zbunim.]]>
