Danas sam poceo vozit bicikl i vidim da mi ni sat vremena nije puno pa cu umjesto pola sata voziti sat vremena, samo to moram kupit bocu jer umirem od eπi:-)<br>Ovo je ishrana za dan kada idem u teretanu, a to je 4 puta tjedno.<br><br>Pitanje, to mislite o zelenom caju u kapsulama? Mislim da je koncentrat puno jaci nego jedna vrecica caja, a i prakticnije je.<br>Eh da, Kupio sam taj MyoMax jer je u njemu sve to ti reba nakon treninga, da li sam dobro izabrao?<br>&nbsp;<br>]]>
