Jedino sto ja prepporucam su grozdjice. I nikako mi nije jasno zasto pojedini ljudi na ovomu forumu misle da je whey stetan i ne zele ga konzumirati(ali nema veze svatko ima svoje misljenje i svatko radi ono sto hoce).&nbsp; Vec gore je Mr.g rekao koji je protein dobar za poslije treninga( bjelanjci) ali nije obavezno da budu sirovi. Velik je rizik od salmonele. Najbolje ih je jesti kuhana]]>
