    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=35">Lega</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1466<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2009 at 11:21<br /><br />&nbsp; Asimetrija je ucestala i uglavnom normalna pojava kod vecine pocetnika u teretani.<br>Ti si primijetio na prsima, ali vjerojatno da asimetrija postoji i između desne i lijeve ruke itd.<br><br>Ne znam iz kojeg si razloga dosad koristio samo leptir, ali to je glupost.<br>Preporucam ti da ubuduce ubaciš i vježbe koje ti je Zoki naveo.<br><br>Također, skoncentriraj se na to da koristiš bucice umjesto šipke što je više moguce, kako bi ti obje ruke držale istu težinu (što kod šipke nije nužno slucaj) <br><br>Dosta pocetnika zna griješiti recimo prilikom izvođenja biceps pregiba.<br>Rade, dakle, s obje ruke - lijeva se uglavnom brže umori i što oni naprave:<br>Odlože lijevu bucicu na pod i s desnom odrade još par serija.<br><br>Eto ti asimetrije <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><br>Kao prvo organiziraj si svoje treninge, jer sudeci po ovom leptiru, to zasad definitivno nisi ucinio.<br>Radi pravilno, polako, pametno i vidjet ceš kako ce se stvari odvijati.<br><br>Ako unatoc tome i kasnije bude nekih razlicitosti - onda je to stvar genetike!<br>]]>

Vježbe možeš pogledati <A href="https://www.fitness.com.hr/vjezbe/video/vjezbe-za-prsa.aspx" target="_blank">ovdje</A>.<P>Može biti jednostavno da je lijevi prsni mišic imao vece opterecenje dok si samo radio leptir.
