    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=50">emilio</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 145<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 13&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2007 at 23:28<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;Da li si ti puno staticna osoba,provodis li puno vremena pored kompjutera.video igri..Dijeta u tvojim godinama je bespotrebna,ti si jos u razvoju,imas nekoliko kilograma viska,netreba da te hvata panika,mlad si, moras sam sebi pomoci,kreci se vise,idi van,budi vise aktivan,radi vjezbe poput sklekova,obicna&nbsp; cijev izmedju dvije grede ti moze ΄posluziti kao vratilo,trci,malo maste, upornosti ,rada,odricanja......U tvojim godinama teretana nije preporucljiva premda nijedna studija nije utvrdila da dizanje tegova u tvojim godinama zaustavlja rast,negdje sa 5 -6 godina mogu doci u obzir vjezbe sa tegovima kao i kardio trening u teretanama ili vani...koriguj prehranu,ovdje na forumu mozes pronaci dosta stvari o tome...u stvari najbolji savjet ti je- PROMIJENI NAVIKE-......</P>]]>
