Sto napravit? dali je to ovo?<br> https://www.fitness.com.hr/vjezbe/programi-treninga/Trening -definicija.aspx<br><br><br>moje kljucno pitanje je : Kako uskladit ove moje dvije zelje?<br><br>evo nadam se da sam bio konretan</td></tr></table> <br>Vrlo si konkretan vec sa ovim boldanim dijelom, ostalo nije ni bilo potrebe pisati.<br><br>Odmah da ti kažem da je to dvoje gotovo međusobno iskljucivo, tj. ili ceš biti u fazi anabolizma i kalorijskog suficitu (masa) ili u pretežito katabolizmu i kal. deficitu (definicija). Jednostavno je tako jer tijelo nema mogucnost istovremenog skidanja masnog tkiva (kojeg se slikovito receno ne želi riješiti jer mu je potrebno) i izgradnje mišica (buduci da je proteinska sinteza energetski neisplativ proces) - prema tome ili jedno ili drugo.<br><br>Eventualno se možeš usmjeriti na skidanje masnog tkiva i zadržavanje mišica. <br><br>Ako su ramena i ruke kriticne posveti im više pažnje: ili ih odradi zajedno (ramena + ruke) ili na primjerice kombinaciji leđa + biceps, prsa + triceps smanjiš volumen za npr. prsa (sa 3, 4 vježbe na 2 recimo) a povecaš za triceps itd..<br><br>Sam trening ti nece pomoc ak nije dobar, tj. ak za te skupine ne radiš sa vježbama koje omogucuju što je moguce vecu kilažu za vježbat i ako nemaš turbo dobre obroke, prvenstveno UH+P.<br>]]>
