Nemoj se previse izgladnjivat jer od toga nema nista, mozda i oces s takvim postupkom puno smrsavit ali cim bi pocela normalnije jesti opet bi nabila nazad te kile najbolje ti je pomalo trenirat i pazit na prehranu potrudi se malo i radi to s voljom i vidjet ces da ce i rezultati doci&nbsp;]]>

A ako imas krmenadle, kruh, putar i pomfri - onda tesko da je moguce. I treninzi bi trebali biti cesti, 6 puta tjedno. Naravno, ovisi i kakvi su. Ma ovisi o puno toga.<P>Ali da je moguce, jest. To govorim iz iskustva. Mislim, neke promjene ces morat uvesti, ali nisu toliko drasticne i nije ih toliko tesko provesti kao sto se cini. Samo se treba pokrenuti, pocetak je najtezi.</P>]]>
