Definitivno cu probati s jacim patikama i promijeniti podlogu za trcanje, možda neku gdje nema toliko neravnina gdje gležanj nece patiti. Mene inace noga nikad ne boli, samo kod trcanja tako da nešto svakako moram promijeniti ili ojacati nogu ako mislim dalje trcati <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif" border="0">]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=17">Jdot</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1428<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2009 at 15:59<br /><br />Hmm, ne znam da ti je to (samo) zbog ligamenata, možda si oštetila hrskavicu malo pa je i zato?<br><br>Ja sam imao 2-3 ozbiljnija istegnuca ligamenata gležnja, ali masaže i vježbe sa gumom su mi popravile stvar, sad najnormalnije igram mali nogomet 2x tjedno i to prilicno jak intenzitet igre, brzi startovi i promjene smjera i drži zglob ko novi (jedan je još pod steznikom jer ga oporavljam).<br><br>Trcim isto 2x tjedno po možda 5-6 km bez bolova, ne osjecam nikakav efekt na gležnjeve, kucam u drvo <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br><br>Par prijatelja je istegnulo ligamente oko koljena jako grdo (baš su se spigala koljena da je kao lom izgledalo), pa su vježbom uspjeli vratit stvar da mogu normalno igrat sad opet - tak da mislim da ima pomoci i za tebe, samo trebaš nac neku varijantu oporavka..<br><br>Nisi navela je li koljeno ili gležanj, ali oboje se da dosta ojacat (iz mog iskustva) tak da ti držim fige <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br>]]>

Ni sama nisam sigurna da li prestati trcati i pomiriti se s cinjenicom da ce me stalno tako zezati noga ili promijeniti podlogu po kojoj trcim, patike, nešto...</P><P>Trenutno trcim po cesti ugaženoj sa kamencicima. </P>]]>
