Ujutro kad se probudim trbuh izgleda savršeno a pred kraj dana ne baš...a ne pijem gazirano i jako pazim što jedem i kad. Ipak osjeti se razlika kad kile odu dolje pošto trbuh zadnji odlazi (bar kod mene) moram biti full mršava da bi trbuh bio ravan<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0">]]>
