Trebala bi preci na nekih 5 manjih obroka. Zbog posla dugo sjedim i nemam vremena za fitness u nekom centru, pa sam odlucila raditi vjezbe za trbuh, noge itd. doma + voziti sobni bicikl. E sad, ne bih izbacivala potpuno neke namirnice pa evo do kakvog plana sam dosla, a vi recite jel' ok i moze li se uz to smrsati.</P><P>Dorucak: voce ( jabuka, mandarine, kruska), integralno pecivo (sa salamom i snitom gaude<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0">), jogurt ( onaj tekuci od dukata).</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Rucak: tu sam odlucila jesti sve, ali u manjim kolicinima, npr. piletina i karfiol, ili krumpir, naravno salate, spagete, njoke&nbsp;koji put itd.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Vecera: jedan jogurt, ili neko voce ili sir ( npr. mozzarella)</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>to mislite <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0"></P><P>&nbsp;</P>]]>
