Ali nigdje nisam našao neku tebelu, formulu kako izracunati to...?<br><br></td></tr></table> <br><br>Iskreno nisam ni ja ali ako nisi izgrađeni bb-er nemoraš ici prema gornjim granicama, bolej se drži donjih  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" border="0"> <br><br>Inace, glutamin je nepotreban  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" border="0"></td></tr></table> <br><br>i ja se slazem da je glutamin nepotreban, BCAA zato ako se ima para uvijek...ali 50g wheya je puno , mislim 50g proteina ne 50g praha, ako su tako mislili radje to treba razbiti na DWM i PWM...a u nikad neidem preko 40g proteina po obroku...samo ja nevolim ovakvu podijelu uzimanja proteina bez da se zna koliko i sto, jednostavno na masi idem 2g P po kili , a na defki idem 3g P ,,,ali na nemasnu tjelelesnu masu kad kazem kilo.<br>]]>
