Bench klupa ti jo u startu i ne treba ukoliko si pocetnik, no klupa i tanga sa plocama jo bi odlicno dolo.<br><br>Nije puno 35 sklekova po seriji. Osobno sam ih znao 50ak napraviti po seriji. Radi dokle ide, dok ne osjeti upalu tricepsa i vidi da nema snage. Ako moe 35 napraviti, odlicno. Napravi nekoliko takvih serija (2-3) dnevno i napredak je osiguran.<br><br><br><br>]]>

Sa takvim priborom moe sve miicne skupine jako dobro obraditi. Bitno je samo znati kako.<br><br>Uskoro cemo postaviti sve video vjebe, pa cete imati i vizualni prikaz te cemo se moci referencirati na odreπenu vjebu.<br><br>Da li zna kako bi odradio triceps i prsa? <br><br>Sklekovi su ti odlicni za oboje. se bavio sportom,onako...Poluprofesionalno recimo.<br>Odlucio sam kod kuce vjebati.<br>Ovo je bio moj program zadnjih par mjeseci...<br>Sklekovi, 3 serije od 35 komada.<br>Utezi,&nbsp; serija od 75 komada stojeci, serija od 75 komada pregibom u pretklonu i jo 40 komada...kako to objasniti,podiuci od visine bokova do visine ramena.Trebam napomenuti da sam to radio jednim utego teine 3 kg.<br>U pocetku se vidio napredak meπutim zadnje vrijeme imam osjecaj da stagniram.<br>E sad...Pokuavam izbjeci teretanu koliko mogu.<br>Naime nemam vremena za to.<br>Da li se isplati da kupim neki bench i komplet utegova s kojim bi mogao raditi vjebe opisane na ovoj stranici.<br>Mislim na one vjebe za bicepse,tricepse,leπa i prsa koje su opisane na ovoj stranici.<br>Sa bicepsima sam zadovoljan,sa
