Ja takodje imam š4 god i deadlift dizem <br />60 kg, cucanj 50, benc 40... Tako da sam guraj, a ta <br />predrasuda sto ljudi misle da se u teretani smanjujes, nije  <br />istina. Negu niski ljudi generalno zbog kompleksa niskosti <br />teze rasti u sirinu, tako da je vezi broj "niskih" vezbaca.]]>

Ako pametno radis moze ti samo koristiti vjeruj mi ! Ja sam poceo sa š6 god polako sad imam š8 pa sam poceo malo jace ali samo polako i rezultati ce se vidjet&nbsp;]]>
