Treba ti malo odmora, opuštanja ..<br>Uzmi tjedan dana predaha i uživaj u nekim stvarima u kojima do sada nisi. šetanje, druženje s frendicama i sl.. Mislim da ceš tako smanjiti stres i lakše spavati.<br><br>]]>

A sigurno jednom - dvaput tjedno po š,2 sat nemogu zaspat.... Sve mi smeta, u totalnom mraku spavam ali jbg, kad stres radi svoje....<br><br>Našla sam da kamilica pomaže isto kao i par kapljice etericnog ulja na jastuk... Nisam ništa drugo našla... Je li imate kakav "prirodni" savjet za lakše spavanje?<br></span>]]>
