To je i dobro i loše. Ujutro na prazan želudac nema goriva u smislu da si pojeo neki obrok pa da se to troši za energiju i donekle cuvaju mišici, vec se ide na to da ceš vecinu energije izgoriti baš iz masti.<br><br>Koliko ce tko sagoriti, to je individualno. Ako pojedeš neki obrok ujutro i onda tek na kardio, zaustavljaš proces iskorištavanja masnoca kao goriva i u smislu fat burna nisi postigla ništa. Kad vec mogu birati jutarnji kardio ili u bilo koje drugo doba dana, onda je jutarnji definitivno moj š. izbor jer sam najsigurniji da sam glikogenski ispražnjen i da ce se ta aktivnost niskog intenziteta pržiti na masti heh. Kofein prije tog i cao.<br><br>Dakle, određeni katabolizam mora postojati (ako je LI kardio to je manji katabolizam, manji stres itd), ali ako cu uz to skinuti i velik dio masti onda se nemam šta buniti.<br><br><img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0">&nbsp;<br>]]>
