    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1737">joszde</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1348<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2009 at 20:03<br /><br />&nbsp;pozdrav svima ja sam nova i ocajna imala sam nekih zdravstvenih problema,pa sam nakupila dosta kg,koji kad me netko vidi nitko mi nebi dao toliko ,imam dosta mišica,bila sam na raznim djetama gdje sam se užasno patila i gladovala i da ne nabrajam više su išli centimetri nego kg,moj problem je sljedeci krenula bi u teretanu ili fitnes,neznam ne kužim se u to jer nisam nikada bila pa me zanima da li ja mogu se uclaniti u teretanu jer mogu vježbati sama ili moram ici po tom nekom programu,stanujem u zg.u Rudešu pa ako netko zna nešto u blizini,najviše me brine taj višak kg,jer planiram trudnocu a bila bi zadovoljna kada bi skinula š5-20kg,i koje bi mi vježbe preporucili za skidanje s obzirom da na nogama na listovima imam mišice kao neki nogometaš molim vas da mi pomognete hvala.<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0">]]>
