    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1167">Iluvatar</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1333<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 21&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2009 at 22:41<br /><br />quotat cu poznanika s jendog drugog foruma koji završava medicinu!<br /><br />Studije unosa kolesterola iz hrane, konkretno putem jaja, pokazuju znacajan porast HDL, dok je razina LDL u vecini studija ostala priblizno ista, a ni u najgorem slucaju (studija na starijoj populaciji 60+ godina, znaci fizicki neaktivna populacija), gdje je doslo do porasta HDL i LDL, omjer HDL i LDL nije se promijenio. <br />Na razinu LDL za nas nepovoljno utjece najvise unos trans-masti (koji takodjer nepovoljno utjece na razinu HDL), visoka razina inzulina i previsok unos zasicenih masti. <br /><br />Unos kolesterola nije nesto oko cega bi se trebali brinuti, osim u ekstremnim slucajevima. Osobno pojedem 5-20 cijelih jaja tjedno, kako kad. <br /><br />Ekstremno visok unos kolesterola putem hrane nije realna mogucnost (nitko ne jede 20 cijelih jaja dnevno). Posljedice ekstremno niskog unosa kolesterola ovise o unosu zasicenih masti. U slucaju visokog unosa zasicenih masti, a niskog unosa kolesterola (sto je u praksi tesko postignuti), jetra bi nastavila sintetizirati kolesterol povecanim tempom. Kad bi unos masti bio nizak, prvo bi naglo pao HDL, a razina LDL bi padala vrlo sporo, jer bi tijelo usporilo / iskljucilo neke mehanizme, kao sto je primjerice mehanizam sinteze steroidnih hormona, od kojih nas najvise zanima testosteron.]]>

Može!<br>Hoceš svježi sir i zobene? Može!<br>Hoceš bjelanjke i raženi? Može! Al onda bacaš žumanjke tak da je šteta.<br>Hoceš whey i zobene ujutro?
