Mislim da sam pretjerala, jer je to samo zadnji tjedan bia... A i zadnja 3 - 4 nisu ništa manje naporni bili... U nedilju sam lipo pauzirala, a jucer samo pola sata natašte lagani crobic, popodne šetnja... A da mi je sna falila, je definitivno i još uvik fali... Ali danas nastavljam, danas se dobro osjecam, malcice sam prije rucka odspavala i valjda ce biti dobro...<br><br>Ali koliko se inace odmora preporucuje kod pretreniranosti? <br></span>]]>

Dosta ljudi to koristi kao izgovor... vecinom je samo nedostatak energije (sna) i volje ) tako da bi bilo bolje obratiti pažnju na što bolje spavanje i hranu da bi se osigurao oporavak ;)<br /><br />naravno uvjek je dobro uzeti ponekad odmor kad osjetite d avam treba<br /><br />thorn.. ovo se ne odnosi na tebe jer pretpostavlojam da vec znaš nešto o svojem tijelu, nego onako opcenito o pretreniravanju<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Iluvatar</span>]]>

Definitivno znam da ne treba s bolnim misicima vjezbat..al opet ima ljudi ovdje koji se duze bave treniranjem pa nek oni kazu...<br />Jel imas ti pauzu š dan u tjednu-da nist ne vjezbas?]]>

Mene zanima je li pretjerujem s treningom...</span><br style="color: rgb(š53, 0, 153);"><br style="color: rgb(š53, 0, 153);"><span style="color: rgb(š53, 0, 153);">Trening sa utezima (relativno naporan trening s obzirom da sam žena)sam imala 3 puta ovaj tjedan. S tim da je taj trening split... Da ne pišem koje su to vježbe, uglavnom stvarno ima svega i </span><span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(š53, 0, 153);">svaki mišic obuhvati</span><span style="color: rgb(š53, 0, 153);">...  </span><br style="color: rgb(š53, 0, 153);"><br style="color: rgb(š53, 0, 153);"><span style="color: rgb(š53, 0, 153);">š put neki ajmo rec više crobni sa lakšim bucicama (vježbe cilog tila)...</span><br style="color: rgb(š53, 0, 153);"><span style="color: rgb(š53, 0, 153);">5 puta sam imala lagani cardio natašte + 6 puta cardio popodneod cega su 2 bila HIIT</span><br style="color: rgb(š53, 0, 153);"><br style="color: rgb(š53, 0, 153);"><span style="color: rgb(š53, 0, 153);">Sad je li se moram odmarati?? </span><br style="color: rgb(š53, 0, 153);"><span style="color: rgb(š53, 0, 153);">Jer sam negdi procitala da cu još gore napravit ako pretjeram sa vježbanjem...</span><br style="color: rgb(š53, 0, 153);"><br style="color: rgb(š53, 0, 153);"><span style="color: rgb(š53, 0, 153);">Sinoc sam popila pa me ful grize savjest ako danas preskocimcardio&nbsp; a opet malo sam i umorna, lagane upale zbog previše vježbi zaguzu jucer i prekjucer&nbsp;</span><img style="" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"> <br style="color: rgb(š53, 0, 153);"><br style="color: rgb(š53, 0, 153);"><span style="color: rgb(š53, 0, 153);">što mi savjetujete?</span><br></span>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by ewie</span>]]>
