Vjezbam tri mjeseca i do sada sam koristio whey <br>proteine nakon treninga. Osnovna namjera mi je daljnje povecanje misicne mase<br>(ili u mom slucaju bilo kakve mase&nbsp; :-)).... š79cm / 67kg prije 3.mj. - 72 kg. danas...<br><br>Moj trenutni raspored:<br><br>2-4 sata prije vjezbanja obrok (ugljikohidrati)<br>30 min. prije - glukoza napitak<br>za vrijeme vjezbe - izotonik<br>nakon treninga - whey proteini i proteinski obrok<br><br><br>Sada sam nabavio BCAA i guaranu&nbsp; i zelim ih ubaciti u prehranu, ali ne znam kuda ih smjestiti u gornju shemu i da li uz njih treba uzimati jos nesto ?<br><br>...huh... <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br>]]>
