U zadnje vrime natašte crobno vježbam uz DVD- ove, sad recimo da su srednjeg itenziteta do malo jaceg.... Kad tako vježbam, onda sama spustim intezivnost, pa da nije preintezivno, ali nekad se zalomi tijekom DVD - a da opet pojacam jer mi bude super npr. tih 2 min DVD - a<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"> <br><br>Sad - je li mi to dobro, što se zalomi malo jaci intezitet natašte, nekad i par puta po par minuta?? Ili da se potrudim spustiti intezitet tijekom cijelog cardia i to je to?<br><br>Ima ih više, jedan traje 30 min, 45 min i 50 min, s time da imaju cca 5 min zagrijavanja na pocetku i cca 5 min hlađenja na kraju... <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br></span>]]>
