    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1493">-DeA-</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1282<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2009 at 18:58<br /><br /><DIV>&nbsp;hm,mozda zvuci tako&nbsp;ali meni je gust, sto sam duze u vodi to mi je bolje heh..</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>e da,sto se tice hrane, jedem oko 5 puta na dan.Ovo su moguce kombinacije:</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>š.Dorucak - zobene s nemasnim miljekom, razno voce ili jogurt</DIV><DIV>2.Rucak - razno kuhano povrce, juhe od povrca, piletina, sampinjoni, razne salate, posni sir, pasta s tunom.. uglavnom rucak je jedini kod kojeg jedem isto sto i ostali ukucani, a s obzirom da stari ima nekih problemceka sa zdravljem kuha se uglavnom zdravija hrana.</DIV><DIV>3.Vecera - posni sir ili tuna (najcesce zajedno), ili ostatak od rucka (dijelim obicno porciju na 2 dijela,jedan dio za rucak drugi za veceru), i slicno..</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Meduobroci su uglavnom voce, slatko ne jedem, masno izbjegavam..mozda jednom ili 2x tjedno pojedem š keks od zitarica i kakaa i to je to...</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>zasada ne redim ancrobne vjezbe..mozda bi trebala..</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>]]>

Pretpostavljam da ne vježbaš ancrobno kad nisi spomenula...
