Ako ti ostatak prehrane nije dovoljno dobro posložen (kao i trening naravno) nemoj se previše nadati nekom napretku unatoc tom isogainer-u. <br><br>Da je tako, svi bi bili samo na šejkovima po cijele dane i onda bi promijenili na klasican nacin prehrane pa bi mogli donijet neke zakljucke.<br><br>Sam pumpaj i pošteno jedi <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>]]>

Primjerice, stavi 3x vecu dozu od normalne i imat ceš gainer <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><br>Stoga slobodno podijeli tu dozu (š79g) na 2 dijela i to je to. Najbolje iza treninga. U ostatku dana nema smisla.<br>]]>

Sa ovih š79g praška ne znam jel bi se smijao ili bi plakao.&nbsp; Nije cak ni u pitanju to što bi brzo potrošio nego koliko bi vode trebao na tu kolicinu i koliko bi se od toga svega iskoristilo, prvenstveno mislim na proteine. Uz to sve sumnjam da imaš tako ekstra žestoke treninge da bi ti bile potrebne te kolicine. Da imaš, mi sad ne bi raspravljali o ovome.<br><br>Da ne dužim, kupiš obican whey, dekstrozu i sam kombiniraš omjere a dotad popij taj mix. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>]]>
