Kad sam ja prije 6 god bila na dijeti, bolje da neznate kako je rigorozna, skroz je šokantna. Više manje uvik isto: ujutro lisnato od višnje,za rucak salatu od pomidora + malo lešo mesa, popodne ab kulturu i tek nakon misec danasu kile pocele doli ici!! Možda sam u tih prvih misec izgubila 3-4 kg.Posli misec dana prosjecno 3 kg u tjedan dana. Da znam, <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley3.gif" border="0" border="0"><br><br>Alitako ti je to kad imaš š5 i neznaš ništa. S time da sam crobnovježbala ko luda. Košarku pola sata - sat, plivanje sat, šetanje iancrobno pola sata - sat. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley3.gif" border="0" border="0"><br><br><br>I zato mi 4 kg u 5 dana zvuci nemoguce!!!</span><br>]]>

Ne znam dali treniraš?  crobne vježbe (trcanje, rolanje, plivanje, brzo hodanje) u kombinaciji sa ancrobnima (vježbe s utezima npr) pridonjet ce ti razvitku mišicne mase, oblikovat ce ti tijelo...naposljetku ce ti to pomoci da skineš suvišnu energiju (salo). Burke opasan si, ne znam kako si samo uspio svo svoje znanje srociti u jednom postu.<br><br>Ne znam zašt si baš moj post odabrao za to, ne vidim da ima pitanja u kojem tražim da me netko savjetuje. Nije ti jasno? Evo usporedbe:<br><br>Nickš: daje odgovor nekom trecem nicku pa kaže da ne voli pridošlice koji sam upadaju s pitanjima na koja vec postoje odgovori<br><br>Nick2 (ti): ma buraz zaboravi ti na gladovanje, sad cu ti ja rec šta da jedeš, šta da radiš.
