To mi je prva želja bila, ali nakon googlanja i citanja, svi kažu da je bolje kupit one utege na kojima se mijenjaju ploce (što je logicno, jer je prilagodljivo potrebama i napretku) pa se sad dvoumim. Koliko bi me dva takva koštala do š0kg (s tim da ima više manjih utega na sebi, npr. po 2 kg i slicno) i gdje bi pak to našao? Skinula sam Charlean extreme full (ima vježbe i s Delux izdanja)ali mi fali Burn weight basic(ima burn band basics ali meni treba dio za utege) Pokušala sam skinuti taj dio s nekog drugog torrenta ali su "mrtvi". Dali netko zna link gdje da to  skinem?<br />Btw.nisam baš neki pisac...]]>

Možeš cak i manje ponavljanja radit, npr. prvu seriju odradiš sa š2 ponavljanja, pa š0, pa malo digneš težinu pa još manje kolko možeš&nbsp;- ma dobro, ovo su varijacije, njih možeš i kasnije, samo ti radi <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"></P><P>Ja još moram skinut taj chalean extreme pa sve pogledat ali cini mi se da je super stvar.</P>]]>

Nisam htjela pretjerivati. Radila sam kardio š5min na Orbitreku da se malo ugrijem(valjda je to dosta),te nekih 30-40 min vježbe uglavnom za bicepse,tricepse i ramena. Koristila sam samo šipke s vijcima koji sve skupa teže 2,2kg.Radila sam 3xš5 svaku seriju i to polako. Bilo mi je super!Danas idem u dvoranu a sutra cu odraditi vježbe za noge i stražnjicu.<br />Uskoro mi stiže i dvd ChaLEAN Extreme pa cu probati s tim.Ne želim poceti naglo jer znam ja sebe:milijun puta sam pocinjala prebrzo pa bi brzo i odustajala.Sad sam se zainatila. Slušam samo vlastito tijelo i kao što rekoh vec prije vaše savjete.<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by zaratinka</span>]]>
