    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1133">pekez001</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1234<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 13&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2009 at 18:04<br /><br />Pozdrav za sve.Star sanm 30 godina visok š85,tezak š05 kg.Od sedmog mjeseca do sada sam izgubio 20 kg.Nisam drzao nikakvu dijetu nego sam samo reducirao obroke.Smanjio sam unos tjestenine tj hljeb ne jedem uopste nego samo nekada mozda jednom ili dva puta u mjesecu pojedem burek ili cevape.Ono sto me zanima je to sto sada zelim malo zaostriti treninge jer sam pauzirao preko zime,ali bih volio znati koliko trebam dnevno unositi ugljikohidrata ,a koliko proteina.Ako mi neko moze pomoci bio bih zahvalan.Takodje me zanima kolicinski koliki treba da mi budu obroci š00-200 grama.Jedem pet obroka dnevno tj svakih tri sata.]]>
