Ako mislis smrsaviti, trebala bi svesti uh na 30 g na dan! Ako imas masnog tkiva svakako crobna fitness, trcanje, plivanje, bicikl.</P><P>Ne zaboravi da poanta i u pravilnoj prehrani</P>]]>
