Van na trcanje 3x tjedno i ubaciti koji trening tjedno i rezultati ce doc a da ti to neces ni primjetit. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><br><br>]]>

Sa nekih 77 na 87. 80 mi je ok, znaci ima nekih 5-7 viška. <br>Moja kilaža dnevno je znala varirati i preko š kg.<br>Trudim se jesti zdravije, koliko to ritam života dopušta (zamjenio bijeli šecer smeđem, integralne pašte, riža, razne druge sitnice - više pazim šta jedem).<br>Vježbao sam nekih godinu dana, pa zadnjih godinu dana nisam, sad opet krecem.<br><br>Zanima me savjet, kako se vratiti u staro stanje, ali bez cigareta molim :-)<br>Nisam baš za dijete, posni sir i sl. Trudim se ubaciti više voca, smanjiti obroke i vježbati, hodati, pomalo i trcati.<br><br>Da li pomaže npr. ako jedem punomasni svježi sir, domaci?<br>Da li je stvarno velika razlika između mlijeka 3.2 i onog light?<br>Koliko je cokolada uistinu loša?<br><br>]]>
