    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1072">ThornOfFaith</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1214<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2009 at 21:07<br /><br />Ovo jako ovisi o nekoliko faktora kod mene:<br><br>š.Ako doma jedem taj obrok:<br>a) Uh+P, ne stavljam ništ pojedino jer nikad nije isto, ali uvijek je ta kombinacija<br><br>b)M+P (sve cešce ce biti ovakvih obroka kako se približavaju topliji dani i kako def odmice), najcešce tunjevina+malsinovo ulje+kupus+kikiriki<br><br>š.Ako ne jedem doma:<br>-onda je to neki prijenosni obrok, ili u tekucem obliku ili kao sendvic. Nemam više volje za isfuravanjem cijelih jela na faks i sl., prošlo me...<br><br>A sad, stvarno ne znam kako nemaš ideja. Ima hrpa recepata za takva jela i ne znam kako ti izvor može presušiti <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>]]>

Obicno ide neko meso (teletina, puretina, piletina, tuna i sl)+ prilog(riza,tjestenina)i salata. Naravno ovisi i o tome dal je trening ujutro ili navecer i u kojoj si fazi.]]>
