Ali cinjenica je da te sauna gluposti nisu zdrave jer koza ne dise!&nbsp;]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=84">Vanja</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 121<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 19&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2007 at 15:51<br /><br /><br>&nbsp;Kazu da je dobro prije treninga , ali sama pomisao da uz sav znoj koji prolijem dok radim crobni trening jos moram imati i blato na sebi, ne zvuci ni malo primamljivo, u biti cak odurno, nakon pola sata trcanja ostavljala bi iza sebe kaljuzu. <br><br>Zato mi je puno zgodnije to&nbsp; odraditi nakon treninga, namazem se navucem sauna hlace (u DM-u oko 30 kn) i odradim 45 min. u medjuvremenu nesto petljam, cistim po stanu ili slicno. <br>Blato od guama mozes kupiti u apoteci ili DM-u, dodje nekih 200 kn.<br><br>Samo hrabro!<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Vanja</span>]]>
