Pa nije valjda baš sve... </P><P>Ma meso nije da ne jedem, nego ga ne jedem puno...sasvim malo zapravo. Ne znam, za rucak pojedem juhu, dooosta salate i dosta kuhanog povrca, a tog mesa samo dotaknem. Zar to nije ok?</P><P>A vocni jogurti... joooj, i mislila sam tako.&nbsp;A ok, smanjit cu ih onda...</P><P>A to punjenje, ma ne radim to baš, više sam mislila reci da šest dana nastojim (izgleda da samo nastojim kad ništa ne valja:(...) jesti zdravo i onda više-manje sedmi dan pojedem nešto slatko ili junk. a joooj... :S</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1286">audreyh</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1206<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2009 at 00:18<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;ovako...necu duljit, prica je uvik ista, samo bi se malo nadovezala. :P</P><P>uglavnom, na dijeti sam od š.š. i od tada do sad sam nešto smršavila, ali jaaaako malo. ne važem se, mjera su mi hlace, u kojima osjecam pomak, ali ništa extra! :(</P><P>e, znam da je ovo dugotrajan proces i da je najzdravije mršavljenje ono sporo, ali opet bi se kg mogli malo brže topit! <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0"></P><P>idem na anticelulitne masaže, imam treninge, kako onda??</P><P>ne znam dali radim nešto krivo...hranim se u studentskoj menzi, i tu za dorucak uzmem vocni jogurt i dvije, tri vocke. za rucak pojedem juhu, odaberem jelovnik koji mi se cini najzdraviji, uzmem koji vocni jogurt i vocke za popodnevnu užinu, a za veceru najcešce opet to isto, ili samo kuhano povrce.</P><P>(nastojim ispunjavat ono punjenje/pražnjenje, a nekad i zgriješim,kao danas - cokoladna krafna za dorucak <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley7.gif" border="0">, ali sam se poslije jako pazila.)</P><P>i primjetila sam da moj izbor jela za rucak nekako cesto završi na vegetarijanskom jelu, to me malo zabrinjava... negdje na forumu sam procitala da je cura jednako išla na treninge i to, i da nije uopce mršavila. je li to to? :S ja stvarno malo mesa jedem ili ga uopce ne jedem.</P><P>tenks za svaku pomoc people!</P>]]>

Dakako da sadrže i UH i nešto M ali su definitivno kvalitetnije.<br><br>Vecinom se radi o sljedecim sastojcima: zobene, whey, svježi sir, kikiriki maslac, cimet, grožđice, kakao prah (inace jako dobar antioksidans) i ekstra poput puding praška, mlijeka, jogurta itd.<br>]]>
