    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1072">ThornOfFaith</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1205<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2009 at 01:12<br /><br />&nbsp;@jedna_mala<br><br>Tako je, treba dosta vremena za planiranje i osmišljavanje cijelog programa, i s obzirom na moj staž u teretani ali i poznavanje nekih osnova što se tice tog full body otprije bilo je nešto lakše sastaviti ga.<br><br>Ja također imam hrpetinu obveza, evo kao što vidiš koliko je sati - taman došao doma s posla, prije toga bio s curom, prie toga u teretani, još prije na faksu i do stuca i može se reci da je tako otprilike svaki dan + još dodaj ucenje za ispite i voila! <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br>Uvijek mogu naci nešto malo vremena ako me nešto stvarno jako zanima, to je poanta.<br><br>A ovo što se tice opreme i sl., to te najviše sputava, s obzirom na ono što imaš teško da ceš moci odraditi baš cijelo tijelo kako spada.<br><br><img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>]]>

To je nešto strašno i nevjerojatno..toliki intenzitet, toliko znoja i napora se uloži, trening je dosta kratak - ovisi koji tjedan je u pitanju, ali navecer kad legneš u krevet osjecaj je predobar - cijelo tijelo gori...<br><br>No ima i svojih laganih neg. strana - lagana napetost, nervoza i povremeni osjecaj iscrpljenosti tokom dana, no sve se to može rješiti.<br><br>Nisam se mogao suzdržati, iza pwm-a palo je cca 50-60g p, š50-š70g U i nešt malo masti...<br><br>@jedna_mala<br><br>Još uvijek zainteresirana za ovakvo šta?<br>]]>
