Za masu i definiciju  <br />se isto trenira sa utezima samo je razlika u prehrani i <br />u ubacivanju crobnog treninga u defki, a za snagu se <br />rade manje serije sa vecim težinama.]]>

Nakon toga radim trbusnjake, kose <br />trbusnjake, hiperekstenziju i trbusnjake na visecoj <br />stolici. Radim ih uz uteg od š0 kg. Tu i tamo ubacim <br />listove..<br /><br />Zanima me, mogu li ostale dane(UTO/CET/SUB) radit samo <br />trbusnjake u teretani ? Mogu li hiperekstenziju ?<br />Primjetio sam da je takav program dosta tipican, pa me <br />zanima sto se s njim postize ? Snaga, masa, definicija ? <br />I kolko dugo se treba po njemu raditi ?<br /><br />Inace 2šgod, imam š8š,75kg, ektomorf. Vjezbam 2 <br />mjeseca..<br /><br />Hvala unaprijed!]]>
