Cak i profesionalne sportasice uglavnom nastavljaju sa treningom za vrijeme trudnoce, ali sa&nbsp;smanjenim inenzitetom. Intenzitet i vrsta treninga najvise ovisi o stupnju trudnoce i ogranicenjima koje odredi ginekolog. Zato sa preporukom lijecnika neka potrazi strucnog trenera koji ce joj sastaviti program, po kojem ce moci trenirati sve do poroda.]]>
