U principu nije nužan da biš postigao to što želiš, samo je praktičan i često sam za sebe zna motivirati da se odradi trening, ili napravi koji dobar obrok. Pa ako bi ti pomoglo u tome, onda se isplati.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>

Tek si počeo, trebat će malo vremena da vidiš rezultate ali ako već i sad vidiš bar mali pomak samo nastavi tako dalje, znači da tijelu daješ dovoljno da reagira.</div><div><br></div><div>Kako si posložio obroke?</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>
