U vecim koncentracijama je jako kancerogen. Stoga treba (i onaj koji se ne bavi fitnessom,vec samo sebi misli dobro) u sirokom luku izbjegevati cesto przenje hrane !<br>&nbsp;]]>

Vjerojatno si mislio na obicni kuhani, ciji je GI 80, što i nije toliko jako visoko da bi se koristio neposredno iza fizicke aktivnosti kako ti kažeš (usporedi grožđani i krumpir po GI)... a riža koja je tako popularna u bb svijetu ima GI 70-75 tako da ne vidim neku bitnu razliku između ove dvije namirnice a opet sigurno je bolja opcija kuhani krumpir nego pomfirt, keksi, kolaci itd...<br><br>Nadalje, slatki krumpir, ima GI svega 50...<br>]]>
